At London Canvas, every print is made to order.

Because our products are printed on demand, we can't offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or change of mind. Sorry!

However, we still want you to love your order, and we stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a quality issue, we’ll make it right.

🛠 We've Got You Covered

We will replace or refund items which:

• Arrive damaged in transit
• Are defective or have print quality issues
• Were misprinted or clearly differ from what you ordered

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the following:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

🔁 We Can’t Accept...

Since each product is custom-made, we can't offer returns or refunds for:

• Wrong size/product selected by the customer
• Change of mind by the customer
• Slight color variations due to monitor differences
• Late deliveries caused by courier delays

All sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged.

⏱ Speed of Response

We aim to review all return/refund requests within 2–3 business days and will notify you of the next steps.
