When I used to work near the City of London, trips up to Sky Garden at the top of the Walkie Talkie skyscraper were common. This shot down the Thames is out of the side of the Walkie Talkie, and I love it because it shows London in an almost 'moody' way, despite being in the middle of the day.
There's no better way to get a picture of the London cityscape than from 155 meters above Fenchurch Street!
