Any picture of Taiping's Lake Gardens in Malaysia is the perfect escape from the hustle-and-bustle of everyday life.

I lived there as a teenager and, to this day, I still go back every few years. On this particular occasion, I was down in a town called Taiping visiting family. And since my accommodation was so near the Lake Gardens, I figured why not check it out?
It really is an amazing place to go to have a walk around, clear your mind and be at peace.
